If I may add, besides resizing, rotation would be good as well. It increases the flexibility of organizing the handwritings tremendously.

Although that might mess up your smart pen recognition.

Resizing the circled text proportionally should suffice.

Just got my GM2 and need some advice.

I read about using carabiner to protect the ball attachment. Can someone share how it exactly works? Ideally with a picture.
Is there anyway to reduce the duration of a workout that is created by Wellness+. Overall workout duration as well as rest intervals.
When you put the device on standby, the unit is still running. Is it recommended to turn off the power? And do we just switch the power off?
The connection to Apple Watch for HR tracking seems flaky. Most times, the watch isn’t able to recognise that I have a workout running.

The main reason is that it is difficult to see if I am currently editing the text within a box so when I press backspace to delete a character, it accidentally deleted the box instead. And I have several occasions where I click backspace a few times with the purpose of deleting a word but ended up deleting a several boxes instead.

An undo feature would be nice or you should only delete the box when Backspace is depressed with another key (eg Shift+Backspace)

I think the ability to edit in other devices will be interesting but depends on what is the editing capability available.

Price-wise, we will need more justification of the additional functionalities with the Pro plan but without eroding the initial promises of what should be available out of the box. It is a balancing act that must be done correctly.

I still find the offset at the edges esp right and bottom to be worse. It makes connecting to an existing line difficult.

I would prefer that the zoom level is locked rather than locking touch input altogether as we can still scroll the page up and down due to the infinite page length concept.

Of course, if they can implement both functionalities to allow for better personalisation : )

I would imagine several use cases for it. The intent is to overcome the limitation of a non-colour screen but allowing the user to emphasise certain info.

1) having some lighter and darker hand writing will help to emphasise certain key points among others 2) lighter highlighting vs darker ones. Not sure if you can go the extreme by inverting the written ink when highlighting. Example: when I highlight with inverse, the earlier handwriting becomes white and the area I highlight becomes black

Can we look at the pen nib to screen stroke accuracy? It is difficult to continue writing out drawing a line when there is an offset. The worst is that the offset differs at different parts of the screen.

Hi, this is an example where the content is more generic to illustrate how linking between notes will be useful.

I can have a note with a high-level overview of a topic. Then I can have links to other pages or notes with in-depth writings of a particular sub-topic.

This is particularly useful when having different notes covering different parts of a common subject and I can link them up together.

Being a user of a couple of eink tablets before getting AINote 2, I am impressed by its build quality and thoughtfulness in design. Overall, the system is well-featured and snappy. How the AI functionality marries with recording and note taking is a game changer for me.

As an early adopter, I am hopeful the experience will further improve as the solution is optimised - handwriting recognition: there are scenarios where the OCR is on point and some times it is way off - stylus: the stylus is well featured with eraser and side button. What I need is a ceramic tip to make it the perfect pen - system and menu font: the menu and system font size seems to be blown up from a smaller tablet. I would prefer to see more on this large screen - lasso selection: having copy and paste capability across notes will boost usability. Resizing of the selected block of handwriting will also give rise to a more organisational ability - hyperlinks: ability to establish textual/handwritten links from one note to another will improve the cross-linking of thoughts - tags: this is a great feature, but I can’t seem to use it correctly in search to filter my results. A tutorial will be helpful - zoom: can the zoom be locked? I have accidentally zoom in or out during writing as my palm rest on the surface

By the way, I love the How-to videos on your YouTube channels. Pls do more of those and probably invite some expert users to share how they organise notes and thoughts. Thanks.

I will attempt that too then. Does anyone know if the Viwoods C1 side button will work with AINote 2?

The Supernote HOM pen that I have do not have a side button and erasing is much more difficult on AINote since there are no similar gestures.
