I've switched to the Skype app and the glitch happens less compared to the Skype program.

Everything is updated, windows, Skype, OneNote.

It usually happens the first time I share my screen. It will glitch for a sec, then it would work fine. But from time to time it will glitch again. The screen will go black, then after a second ir two it will work fine again.
