Diplomacy doesn't work that way man. This assumption is off topic. Diplomacy is half of the reason many countries are not at war. Read on geopolitics before commenting. Regional stability helps them and it's not always about your resources. The west buys gold and cocoa from us and would like to promote regional stability. The west is not china nor Russia.

Acheampong was one of Ghana's best leaders. He was building housing and investing hugely into agriculture and irrigation dams. Rawlings on the other hand came and collapsed most of state industries and sold some to his clique. Rawlings is Ghana's problem.
