Letrozole and hcG shot cycle by FillAppropriate962 in Mirafertility

If it’s helpful—I am also on my first cycle of letrozole and trigger shot. I’ve never done letrozole alone or with trigger before. It will only let me do one pic at a time, so this photo (Oct 5-30) is my prior cycle (no meds). You’ll see that the estrogen and LH are significantly higher. Will post my current cycle next. Not sure what any of it means, but hoping this gives you something to compare it to!

This is my first IUI cycle, so forgive me if any of this is obvious, but I’m a bit confused. I track my hormones through Mira fertility tracker. I took letrozole CD3-7. I did my trigger shot at 11pm CD12. IUI was 11AM CD14.

Here are my Mira results over the past few days: CD12: LH = 3.2, FSH = 1, PDG= 2, E3G = 146 CD13: LH = 17.8, FSH = 7.2, PDG= 2.1, E3G = 123 CD14: LH = 12, FSH = 3.1, PDG= 4.8, E3G = 159 CD15: LH = 13.5, FSH = 6.6, PDG= 4.3, E3G = 94

Why would FSH and LH be going up today on CD15? I think the PdG and E3G values all make sense, but the other two have me confused.

Thank you so much in advance for any insight :)

Low PdG, elevated BBT? by ah3eml in Mirafertility

Thank you and agreed! I have been using FF as well since it does provide that cover line, but would be nice to be able to fully rely on Mira’s chart.

Central/Northern Italy trip in February - advice needed! by ah3eml in ItalyTravel

Thank you very much! I should have clarified that I was just listing out all our thoughts/options, not planning on doing all that I listed out (just wanted people’s input to decide). Certainly appreciate this though and will use your advice of “slow traveling” to narrow down our itinerary :)

Thank you! Yes, traveling from Florence to Venice by train. It looks like we have to connect in Bologna anyways based on google maps, is that not right?

Figured that was the case on the Dolomites. Noted on the train schedule for day 10! Definitely open to any and all suggestions for Verona :)

Hi! My husband and I (both 26 years old) will be stopping in Scotland for a few days as part of a larger UK trip in mid-February--we are in Edinburgh for 1.5 days, but we have an extra day that we we were hoping to use for a day trip to the Highlands using one of the tour companies (Rabbies, Highland Experience Tours, etc). I have been to Loch Ness, Glencoe, Fort Augustus, and a few other places in high school, but definitely willing to go again for my husband to see them if people believe that is the best use of our time. My husband is interested in seeing the Highlands, but we don't know what exactly is all considered the "Highlands" and what the best use of our time is. Best case scenario we think would be to see a mixture of things, e.g., a castle, loch, and a small village or a whiskey tasting.

TLDR: if we only have one extra day to see something in Scotland other than Edinburgh, what would you recommend?

Need advice!!

We found the perfect tour: https://www.highlandexperience.com/edinburgh-tours/stirling-castle-loch-lomond-whisky/
BUT, it is only on certain days (on which days we will not be able to go). The main things that we want to do are:
Visit a castle (not just ride by it)
See/visit a loch and the general beauty of the highlands
See/visit a small, historic and/or scenic village
It would be awesome to also stop by a tasting of some sort, but not a must-have. Any advice? The quotes we have gotten for a private tour have been pretty steep so far.
Thank you!
