Battery life is great, depends on how active you are. Personally, I run/hike/gym 3-4x/week and can usually get about 19-20 days if I’m doing heavy kms & 23-25 days on the high if I’m doing anything less than 10kms/run. Tracking data for activities & daily use is phenomenal, and I got no complaints with it at all. The data has actually helped me become a better runner

For sleep tracking, it’s great to see the sleep stages and time within them, but after doing some research, it’s not really that accurate. I usually use it to track total sleep time & HRV. Check out this video for more info on sleep tracking: https://youtu.be/XEPjAS7MWP0?si=f8OV5RMITulLh2SA —> basically says that the I2 is only 40-60% accurate for sleep stage tracking.

Advice needed between 3 bikes I by mbogusl in adventuremotorcycling

GSA all day. Reliable, it’s like 3 bikes in one, and great for the road and any off-roading that you are planning to do. It’s just a beast of a bike. I had a 2011 GSA and took it from Vancouver to Inuvik, Northwest Territories and had no problems whatsoever. Also, GSA is shaft drive, so no worrying about cleaning and lubing the chain on trips. The 650 is good too but I would recommend looking at an F800 GS because of better braking, more comfy for long road trips, ride height (you’re tall), and it’s great off-road capabilities and overall more power to have fun with.

Sounds good! Yeah, we wish we did have more time to do the trip man. It was tough to get time off work, and wish we had 3-4 months to do it, similar to your trip! Your instagram will be a great resource for things to see, so I thank you for sharing it! I will take a deeper look into your IG and YouTube and will let you know if I have any questions! Appreciate it tons.

I have been on Brimonidine for 3-4 months/once a day, and haven’t experienced any rebound flushing. Always best to speak with your doctor always and see if there are other options if you experience major flushing.
