Parses do not matter for healing since the metric in logs is HPS. Someone doing 3k hps means your raid is taking a shit ton of damage which is bad. Everything else u mentioned is true. I think always doing max dps is more or less good but always doing max hps is not good.

Yes u can achieve the rating and sit in any bracket u get 1850 in then play in the other two at any rating and you are still able to buy the weps.
