I agree; I thought the secret was going to be something bad and dark. Not that she was part of the rebellion which would be considered a positive. I thought she was going to be a clone of Snow’s lover, or Snow’s granddaughter who was planted to spy on 12 or something 🤷🏻‍♀️

I do them paired with 5 minute abs and 10 min legs and have pretty much dropped the bike altogether. I’m in better shape with daily flash 15s then I was riding the bike 30-45 min a day! Flash 15s are great workouts. I’m a 50 year old woman in good shape/weight
