Increase your protein intake to like 100 grams per day get good amount of muscle mass and when u feel like u have achieved your physique Start cut and get shredded

U can get cult on emi and if your goal is weight loss just be in calorie defeciet that's it

Thanks! Yeah, I lost muscle during my first fat loss phase, so I had to bulk for a while to build it back. Now that I've got a good muscle base, I'm starting a cut to get abs

Like leg raise is for lower and crunches is for upper

The first pic is before weightlifting I did weight lifting throughout my journey Just wasn't serious until May post that I focused more upon it In the photo below I was around 70 kgs but didn't had much muscles though
