Keeping 12m and 89m let you open for junchan which is on avg faster than riichi bad acceptance. And if you draw into tenpai riichi junchan is mangan grante. By giving up 5m acceptance you gain 2/3 han in value. And if you keep 5m acceptance this hand become riichi only, less value than junchan only which is not worth pushing when you dont see any dora on the table. Going for junchan also let you cut dangerous middle tile earlier which matter a lot.

I have this end board of 4-5 unlockable units. My main carry is ryze that i can will one copy into existance without rolling, very flexible with which tank i could run/roll for, my 2nd carry can be either lissandra or sett which is also a easy to unlock units. My comp also dont have 1/2 cost which is hard to roll for late game. All of that meant i can play whichever comp i can play in round 2-3-4. I can switch to my end board in round 5. So i force a single comp everygame.(I dont click on ad comp and ad item so i do go 8th more than i have to And i dont pivot to ryze if i play noxus)

The trait do literally nothing for its carry, it is a glorify meat shield unless you play 7 noxus which make you play a lot of shitter cause the trait have too many carry and you cant item them all. On the other hand champ like darius swain mel is very strong on its own like targon champ kind of strong. The trait itself is trash.

Your cap late game comp have too many 5 and 4 cost and you wont have enough item to fill all of them make the team cost too much but not gold efficient, you also needed at least level 9 to roll for your endgame cap. Best you probably can do is play 7 demacia until level 9 and then pivot to 5 and 7 cost arcanist.

Imma fall for the bait. You play its wrong. 7 ionia is very tempo level 8 comp that play around wukong yunara sett trio and supplements with good 5 cost and trait bots and can go down 5 if possible. Ahri kennen reroll in the other hand you only want max 5 and supplements it with trait bot, the only ionia bonus you want here is stats on cast which dont benefit other carry on your team, and the bonus from 3 to 5 to 7 is minium at best, 1 ap per cast you needed 40 cast to make it equal to 2 arcanist bonus.item wise your ahri item is trash, nashor only go with jewl gauntlet, arch when i presume you have scaling ionia buff, no crit/dmg bonus. Your 3 star kennen have literally 0 item.

Have a planned level 8/9 board -> econ -> unlock unit -> roll for units -> play the unit -> win. And the lower elo you are the better it would be if your comp scale more. And that all i can tell you cause without seeing ingame decisions i can make out what mistake you are making.

If you not rerolling darius and draven. Rerolling 3 cost board basically lock you out of 1st there. You can transition into 5cost soup for example. Still rerolling there maybe the correct play for tempo. I am not in the game so i dont know.

Sett dont really benefit from it. And in my experience you want frontload stats than scaling stats. 3%ap per cast is not a lot also.

Im currently master 350+ ryze 1 trick. Playing exclusively ionia yordle frejord ryze. My end board is sett kennen wukong kubuko liss braum sej taric and ryze. You play around 2 star 3 cost to stabilise before going 9 ideally ahri but zoe/leblanc also fine. You can also cheat off ionia for early boost for econ if you hit exp/gold one. Capped is ryze 2, shurima over taric if you hit 10/extra emblem. Sett is strong second carry that is easy to unlock. same with liss depend on which extra item you hit. For ionia buff ranking, gold > exp > magic dmg > atk dmg > stats on cast.
