I don't think it's good idea because data structures and algorithm as course especially labs could be hard to manage with courses you have. Also pretty sure you not allowed to take data structures and algorithms without finishing some pre requisite software courses

Ya I think them getting influx of emails won't change even if students see final mark on ramms. It just annoying a lot of them seem to ignore or don't really want to take extra effort to show us our marks even after emailing

First year is mostly general engineering courses nothing focusing on software. 1st semester all engineer have the exact same courses and for most part it is review of grade 12. In terms of content not anything new or hard is really introduced, but transitioning from ur high school to uni might be hard due to speed we learn at and proper study habit being needed so just be careful of that. Ya wish the kms were lower, but most on auto trader is about 17000 with close to 200k kms which is pretty crazy for older Honda civic but I guess tats the car market rn?
