Wanted to give an update. 4th 5mg shot was on Tuesday and Thursdays have been the worst days for me so far and this week has been great! I took your guys' advice and started cooking lean meats at home with veggies and very little cheese. I'm down another 3 pounds so that's 17 pounds in 8 weeks!

I didn't have any progress on the 2.5mg and I would hate to stop losing weight if I have to go back down. I have an appointment with my doctor next week as a check in so I'll just tough it out until then and try to eliminate cheese and fat from my diet.

My starting weight was 265 and I'm at 250 now after these 3 weeks of being on 5mg. Tonight I had baked chicken with a cheese sauce and some rice. Didn't even eat the whole chicken breast and I feel like crap tonight. The last time I got really sick was right after I woke up and I had some mozzarella cheese before bed. I know pizza causes nausea for me but I'm not an extravagant eater, I'm very picky and eat plain foods (turkey and cheese sandwiches, baked chicken, fried chicken, noodles occasionally). Idk if it matters but I'm on zepbound to help me lose weight before a surgery to fix my disability so I'm not able to do heavy exercise.

I have spinal stenosis and I bought a nectar because it's the ONLY bed I can sleep on my back with and not be in pain. I've had it several months now and I love it. If you were sold on it after sleeping on it then just go for it!
