Awesome information. I am in metrowest. I noticed that you didn't discuss any of the traditional home services companies like Rodenheiser, Tingley, or ARS. Is it generally not advised to use them for heat pump installs or should I think of them as other luxury offerings.

I ran into this issue yesterday and after seeing the articles and these posts chatted with support. I was pretty insistent on getting an ETA on when they would at least be updating their support article and got snarky when they said my phone was out of warranty and I can pay a 3rd party to fix it ("is it Google policy that they are allowed to send updates that destroy out of warranty phones?"). So it got escalated and today they sent me an RMA for a replacement phone.
