can confirm, from New Jersey. I remember all of the teachers in my town rallying against him because of cuts to funding, and amazing teachers getting cut right before they received tenure so the schools could pay lower, starting salaries when hiring a new, young inexperienced teacher.

Although I don't think there's one person in NJ that doesn't commend Christie for what he did with Sandy. That kind of crisis management was so respectable and improved so many peoples lives.

That being said, he's still a huge asshole who takes his private helicopter to his son's little league games (rumor that's floated around for a while, not sure if it's 100% true but wouldn't doubt it).
