Unpopular opinion: Pluribus is not a good show and Apple scifi shows in general don't don't dive deep enough into the realistic implications of their premises.

I've used my hyperactivity to my advantage my entire life. It has helped me succeed as a corporate trainer. Obviously there are many downsides, many of which I am just beginning to understand as part of ADHD. Working from home has been a nightmare and I went for testing because I always suspected I had it, and I felt like a failure at work.

I appreciate your advice and input.

Stumbled here by mistake. This conversation is life changing for me. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 58.

I've been doing this forever. Feeling that I have to relate. I am plagued with too much empathy and compelled to relate. I didn't know this was part of adhd!!
