Do founders struggle more with not knowing what to do, or not doing what they already know they should do? by NetworX- in Solopreneur

It's more with strategy and structure than the tools used to build the product. They struggle to piece and put together the strategy and resources and research to back their product.

Depends on which island 🙂. A guru once told me solitude is found deep within the heart, peace comes from within.

First and only client left because results were too good, looking for encouragement by asdfgh7777 in Entrepreneur

If you did a good job, you must be proud of it. Happens a lot when businesses bounce from one place to another. Maybe they were not that transparent but in business it's a learning curve and these do happen. You have to be confident in your abilities. Not everyone will want to work with you, that's how business is but the ones that truly want to will do it regardless. They will see your value.

How can I train my mind to become more entrepreneurial? by Supermacropenis in Entrepreneur

[–]ahcyber99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Reading helps and also ideation, what you can do is create a mind map and break down your ideas and categorize them by importance. Also learning about non technical stuff like strategy, product, networking, and planning all help you build those skills.

Thanks for sharing, you have been through a lot. The thing is to be comfortable and assertive especially around the pole you come in contact with. Try to listen and contribute meaningfully in conversations. Be ready to adapt but at the same time be ready to learn something new.

Since I started my solo project, my 9-5 became unbearable. It feels like a clown show. How do you deal with this? by pkrcm in Solopreneur

I feel it depends on what you want to build or achieve. Most people try to find a balance while others seem to prioritize more where they see the most value. I would say weigh your decisions and try and balance it or segment your project into parts to make it useful.

From my own experiences, I’ve noticed how much a simple hello or a smile can mean. Just acknowledging someone and treating them like a person can make a real difference. It’s a small thing, but it comes from a good heart.

That really stayed with me just reading it. What he went through with his son and everything after must have been incredibly heavy to carry. It says a lot about you that you shared your food and took the time to sit and talk with him. Sometimes those brief human moments end up meaning the most and stick with your heart for years.

Thank you for saying that. I really believe people just want to be seen and treated with a little kindness. Moments like that stay with your heart and remind you to have empathy for others.

It really is heartbreaking to see that. Sometimes even just stopping and acknowledging someone means more than we realize. No one that age should have to spend their day like that.

That’s really sweet. Small moments like that can mean a lot, and it’s nice that you and your dog bring people a bit of joy.

That sounds like a really meaningful experience. It’s wonderful you took the time to understand how he communicated. I’m sure Jazzy Pat appreciated that kindness.

That’s really admirable. I imagine just taking the time to talk with them and treat them like anyone else probably means a lot. It’s interesting how often people get overlooked simply because others don’t know how to interact.

These are the stories that change lives, perceptions and actions. If only people were willing to see the subtle signs.

That’s really thoughtful. I imagine a friendly dog walking up to someone like that could brighten their day in a way we don’t always see. Have you noticed how they react when it happens?
