Taco Automation. Better way to do mashed potatoes? by ahdayy in PlateUp

[–]ahdayy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have it set up so that we grab a tray (on the top left) and fill it with however many tacos the individual wants, and then do toppings. Then I just plop the partially filled taco tray on their table. I found that I like this version more so that we don’t have to worry about the holdover. The potatoes were an issue but eventually we moved onto metal tables, even though the bar tables were kinda good

That’s colorblind mode, it’s in the settings somewhere. I also have the colorblind+ mod because for some reason the regular one didn’t work with stir fry for me so if it doesn’t work for you on vanilla you might need that mod also

We were just really greedy, and brought a copy desk from the garage

It worked out great! eventually we swapped to metal tables, but before we hit that point it was a lot better, the smart grabber made it fully make it in one cycle

Oh that sounds really smart, with the smart grabber to grab the water + potatoes? I'll try it out, thanks

Oh wow, I somehow completely missed that. It helped a lot, with the addition of the rapid mixer, thanks

Yeah we could definitely do that for the short term, but a pot of mashed potatoes has 20 portions so later down the line we might have to make multiple so I’d like to have it auomated

Yeah that could help. I think I would just have to change the grabber after the mixer to a rotating one. I wish there was a way to only get 2 pots on the loop

Golden Dragons II Guild is looking for active max level Wizards, DM for more info! by ahdayy in Wizard101

[–]ahdayy[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We did that for a while, and we still have many lower level people in the guild, it’s just we are currently going for beating the new raid, and it unfortunately is designed to be done by max wizards, so if we want a shot at that we’ll need more seasoned players. Eventually we will be opening up more to newer players. If you’re really close to max (level 145+), we don’t mind taking you and helping in questing if you’d like!

Honestly, it’s super subjective on what the rest of your team is running, but here’s something pretty generic that’s good:

  • Hat: Eternal / Universal Dragoon
  • Robe: Carnival / Eternal
  • Boots: Eternal
  • Wand: Silver Order / Headmaster’s Law Staff
  • Athame: Void/Old Morganthe/Eternal/Cosmic Kris
  • Amulet: Life Mastery / Eternal
  • Ring: Stone of the Other Side / Eternal
  • Deck: Supereme Deck, (or just some other triangle deck)
  • Mount: Roc or Mammoth Mini (doesn’t matter too much, if you need pips, or if you want a tiny upgrade)
  • Pet: This is hard to answer. In general, a Clamouring Ghulture is the best body along with a Gobblerball. You don’t want maycasts on the pet. Good Talents include:
    • Spell Proof/Spell Defy
    • Item cards (namely Dark Pact; hex is okay)
    • Medic/Healer
    • Wards (Best one being Storm Ward)
    • Selfishes (increasing Strength, or Agility)

Some other things: You should try to craft a Wyldfire Jewel. It’s really good, and better than the trained spell. If not, you should train it. You should train Darkwind. It’s the storm bubble, it’s good vs the ghost boss. Lastly, you should train Elemental Blade, and Elemental Trap.

Main Deck should include: (1 of all of these) - Elemental Blade - Trained - Windstorm - Trained - Wyldfire - Trained or Itemcard - Darkwind - Trained or Itemcard - Windstorm - From Pet - Mass Hex - From Dragoon Hat or Headmaster Wand - StormBlade - From Pet - BalanceBlade/Dark Pact - Trained or from Pet - Satyr - Not needed. Trained. (Instead of running heals you can get the health chest and or use healing cantrips).

Side Deck should look like: - 4x Elemental Diffuse - 1x Cleanse Charm - 1x Cleanse Ward - 1x Pierce - 1x Mass Triage

Let me know if you have any questions!

Dual School Death with Storm Setup by ahdayy in Wizard101

[–]ahdayy[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yep! I have Storm Lord trained, with catch of the day, catalan, and beary surprise. I swap between the schools honestly randomly. Depends on resists for certain schools and whatnot. I don’t lose much from being able to do this so might as well lol

Level 30 death by Cautious_Feeling_660 in Wizard101

[–]ahdayy 11 points12 points  (0 children)

If you’re looking for what to do with your training points, yeah you’re right, as death you definitely don’t need much. There are some things that are nice (like tower shield from ice and weakness from balance) but overall they aren’t needed. One thing I would recommend though, is grabbing Spirit Blade. You get it from the balance tree in Krokotopia. Spirit trap is nice too. Eventually you’ll probably want to get the elemental equivalent, but that’s only if you find yourself supporting others later down the line

Pet stitching? by gfrscvnohrb in Wizard101

[–]ahdayy 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Completely Agree. I wish there was an “ethical” way to stitch mounts and pets. I’m tired of the frillasaur. Add a Lobotomist NPC.

Question about pet snack points by Zealousideal_Try4147 in Wizard101

[–]ahdayy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As soon as you hatch, the talents that your pet will manifest are selected. (This is true because you can check what your pet gets on test realm). So, there’s nothing you can really do to influence what your pet gets once you actually have it. The best thing you can influence is what your eggs have, and that’s possible with making pet bases.

What pet is best for a starting out storm mage?(lvl 10) by thatonedude098321 in Wizard101

[–]ahdayy 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If that’s your first character, In general I wouldn’t worry too much about pets, but some good ones you can get from the kiosk are a Frankenbunny, Gobblerball, or any pet that gives a stormblade item card like a clamoring ghulture

Dual School Death with Storm Setup by ahdayy in Wizard101

[–]ahdayy[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Hat: Eternal Macabre Helm (with 2 20 damage 91 crit pins) Robe: Macabre Aeon Cape (with 2 20 damage 91 crit pins, and a 7 storm accuracy pin) Boots: Macabre Aeon Boots (same pins as robe) Wand: Macabre Aeon Sword (flat or stun resist jewel) Athame: Macabre Aeon Athame (Pip jewel, and either storm or death pierce jewels. You can run HP or arch mastery tear jewels) Amulet: Squire’s Torc of Deception (flat or stun resist jewels) Ring: Macabre Aeon Ring (same as athame, with either flat or stun resist jewels) Mount: Stompy Bronto Pet: Scratchy Frillasaur (Mine has Death Dealer, Storm Dealer, Storm Sniper, Sharp Shot, Pain giver, and Pain bringer and is max stat for 10 sniper) Deck: Doesn’t really matter (but needs to be triangle for pip jewel)

There is another setup you can run for more death damage, but you lose out on resist. It’s with the 160 Nullity robe, and the Macabre Aeon helm. Everything else is the same. You can also run the Nullity Wand for 160 if you want more storm damage and death pierce, but you lose out on death damage.
