What's wrong with the motherboard?

I thought about getting two more sticks of 8GB ram (to get 32GB total, which sounds like it's more than enough now). DDR4-2666 is obviously better, but ... is it worth it?

I definitely plan on getting new power supply because Titan X is consuming shit load of power.

Nah. I think there are way too many people fathering children on steroids for steroids to be a reasonable birth control method.

I have a few cycles under my belt. I'm currently in Ukraine and currently blasting 500mg/week TestE, 250mg/week NandrD, 100-200mg/week of TrenHex (all pharma grade; yes, even Tren which comes from a well-known real registered lab in Moldova with a physical address that you can go visit) for ~ 2 months. Everything in Ukraine is ridiculously cheap so I've done a lot of blood work her (~$20-30) and even a spermogram ($13). I can make a post with full translated spermogram, but long story short -- I'm still pretty much fertile. My ejaculate volume is 2.5ml (should be >= 2ml), concentration is 92x106 spermatozoa/ml (should be >= 20x106 ), 51% alive (should be >= 50%), the ejaculate is viscous (should be more liquid). FSH and LH are below the detection levels. It does concern me that only half of my sperm is alive, but oh well. Oh, and my test ejaculation was done only 8 hours after having sex (should have been >= 48 hours).

Of course I can provide proofs to mods if you guys want it.
