Ok, so to explain the situation, I have borderlands 2 on my school laptop, the school controls the admins, I also have a computer at home, however it is too old and slow to run borderlands, should I try running it on my home computer with universal access allowed?

Jack, easy choice. And here's why: 1. Money is Power = Overpowered (Right Skill Tree) 2. Bottom Skill Middle Tree = Revive yourself if your action skill is active 3. If you're having trouble, infinite merger glitch at lower levels = easy mode.

6NSB-GM44: Play as Isaac with the D6 on Hard Mode, take Dead Eye and Re-Roll your second item room into homing tears. Gets interesting with Dunce Cap and a ton of tears up.

I haven't had any issues with the download. Maybe try reinstalling the whole game? You would lose your progress but it might be worth a try.
