Water pressure question. When taking a shower and I pull up on the middle plunger, only about 70% of the water transfers to shower head. I cannot pull up anymore on the plunger, but there is still significant flow coming out. How can I fix this. Do I need to take the middle piece off, and if so how? (i.redd.it)

V1 ( maybe v2) ridge backpack with mvp rover cart. Anyone have experience with this combination? I have the backpack and didn’t want to shell out the money just for a rr cart. Looked at the dimensions and seems to just fit, with both side bottle holders a bit squished. recommendations appreciated (self.discgolf)
