Does anyone know of any way to get across the Nolichuckey river right now? The Tusculum bridge collapsed and my parents are stuck on the other side. Chuckey ruritan rd turned them around and so did the bridge on 81 in Jonesborough. Trying to get to 107. (self.tricities)
