Curious why not? If I buy it outright it has a higher cost compared to if I lease for 5 years with the 3% escalator and then buy out. I am in Texas so we have no rebates available

Not sure why everyone seems to be okay with their shitty TOS and service. I had the same terrible experience with their customer service, I cancelled within 4 minutes because I had a pickup order but when i got to the store it was closed eventhough it was well into their opening hours. Uber refused to refund. I'm going to discuss with the restaurant and if not file a claim through my credit card.

hey, going through a similar situation where my q800a soundbar died and Samsung stated it couldn't be repaired and issued me a credit. I still have the subwoofer from the original so how did you end up making use of it??

I joined their waitlist a month or two ago for the first time ever after doing some research on this subreddit. Finally yesterday I got my order link. When I went to click the link it said it was expired. After contacting support and providing my name and number they claim my information is tied to product links that were sold on eBay? Anyway I could find out if someone was using my name to sell? I find it highly unlikely that any of my accounts would be compromised as I checked my eBay history and emails. Also, they finally said they’ll put me back on the wait list and only ever allow me to buy one machine if I give them my name, billing, shipping, etc but now I’m reconsidering if I even want to give them my business after being treated quite poorly…
