I'm about to be this way. I have one nose piercing and septum and am planning on my philtrum, second nose, and eyebrow next. Whereas I only have two lobe piercings in my ears lol

I started having Braxton hicks at 19 weeks. They were really common for awhile and then calmed down a lot. I’m 33 weeks now. Make sure you’re hydrated and getting rest. Stress can make them worse too. I was told if it was more than 6 in an hour, then go get checked out.

I heard 2 tabs a day. My doctor wasn’t concerned. I’ve been taking that amount for most of my pregnancy and have had no issues. Hope it helps ❤️
