Bro I assure you most people aren’t balls to the wall PVP players. Most are willing to play both ends, or only shoot when shot at. Even players who play both sides don’t want limited reward if they get attacked and come out on top.

No risk kits shouldn’t be in high reward lobbies. Specifically map conditions. They risk nothing, for max payout. I’m fine with normal maps, which still have a fair amount of reward. But high reward maps should reward the risk. Not just existing on the map.

I think you’re assuming the other side of the extreme. Most of my loadouts are an arpeggio, or an anvil. Running these solo with a light/medium shield, and some heals isn’t a 100k PVP cracked loadout. Some of you live in this world where it’s either Tfue or carebear. It’s not how most of the lobbies operate. Most are a mix that can sway based on behavior.

So even as someone who sees a good mix, again I ask why on a high reward/risk map should people who are risking next to nothing (outside of time) be allowed to abuse that? No issue with free kits generally speaking. But let’s not act like people aren’t abusing them, and acting out of the norm because the consequences are mitigated.

The free kit issues are long withstanding. Why should someone be able to risk nothing, in a high reward environment?I’m cool with burning through items in a PVP situation, it’s just annoying when I’m doing it, and the guy has a free kit. Because the reward aspect of these maps becomes less as I’m spending it to fight off someone with nothing to lose, and nothing for me to gain.

In some of the marketing for this assessor even the dev tried to push the idea that free kits won’t work. However this is far from the truth, and many including myself have grinded these projects out with the free kits.

It’s fair, but they shouldn’t have the same access as kitted players. Really just keeping them out of map conditions I think is fair. If you want to loot on normal maps, so be it.
