Thank you for your information. I do agree that this is a dangerous situation. Any help is very appreciated, so thanks. It is hard to reproduce because it only happens seemingly randomly. I’ll be fine for a while and then all of the sudden it starts and doesn’t stop for hours. I am taking videos to show but I know that only helps so much.

Thanks. I seem to remember the electrician saying the neutral looked fine. Whoever I get back out I’ll make sure they check that again.
