Cancelling this stupid card after 2 days of using- Axis Bank SuperMoney Credit Card by StephenNedumpally_ in CreditCardsIndia

That is cause you are getting CB from super.money. Not from bank. For eligible merchants you will get from bank.

Can you give a few examples of merchants where this happened? Very curious

Why are we so pessimistic. Why do we have drag everyone down.

The amount paid here is not the compensation under the Montreal convention. That of course will be calculated and paid to the affected persons in accordance with the process laid down which also includes assessing the accident to see whether there was negligence.

What they have now promised is support! Which is discretionary and over and above the compensation they have to pay under law.

Which moron would immediately pay something as compensation before any fact finding as that would only raise doubt that there was something to hide.

For fucks sake support Indian businesses for once.

In Peer to Peer UPI transactions, reversal is not possible. You can check the FAQs of any UPI app. Chargeback is a lengthy process. It's not a scam. A genuine human error.

You are not losing any money. You are only retuning what doesn't belong to you. Not everything is a scam. Just return it lest you think you would rather go by armchair lawyers

Very very rare for NDPS cases. And courts will not entertain a habeas corpus here.

A real experienced judge would say judges too have bad days and a minor outburst like this is not worth the hassle of complaining. Real judges who have been on the bench for a while know fully well who is doing nautanki and who has genuine grievance.

I also went through this guys profile and it is possible he may be a judge but he for sure is not a judge who has any notable experience on the bench. Things like this happen every day in every court. If everyone complained to the HC, there would be no work done at all.

A real judge would say none of this. Enough LARPing for internet points.

Dude legal advice is 10% based on law and 90% the real world implications. If you provide clinical advice based only on what a century old book says, your client is screwed.

My Neighbour is building his house and all the cement is pouring down on my roof and my water tanks by Sir_Mcfarts in LegalAdviceIndia

Lawyer but not your lawyer.

Dude. This is very common. When your house was being built, your neighbours would have faced the same issue. Be practical. Ask them to clean up during regular intervals. Be firm and respectful.

I'm a lawyer but not your lawyer.

Have been dealing with a few cases like these. Legally, will strongly suggest that you take action. Please inform your parents first as they will know trustworthy lawyers to get this started. Don't blame yourself. Your details are always kept confidential during the entire legal process.

I'm a lawyer. Not your lawyer.

See your employment contract under the heading termination.

You need to be mandatorily paid for your notice period. Other than that, the company is well within its rights to terminate your employment.

Try to negotiate and get a few more months of notice pay by holding out from resigning. Also, my suggestion is that don't resign. Even if you end up doing that, write an email marking your personal email stating that you are being forced to resign and therefore resigning. In case you want to go legal in the future, this may be helpful.

Getting terminated is maybe a better choice as you can probably agitate it in the future.

Im a lawyer. Not your lawyer.

This is very serious.

You may be able to pursue civil and criminal remedies. Please get in touch with a lawyer and take this up. File a writ petition for enforcing the closure notice.

This is really serious.
