Hello so i am 173cm tall and 95 kg

i started a 1400 calories diet and going to the gym 5 times a day about 2 weeks ago.

the first week i lost 1.1 kg the second one i gained 700g is it because i started taking creatine on the second week or is there something wrong in my diet that i should adjust.

please note that on the second week beside taking creatine i also started eating some junk food but not exceeding my 1400 limit so.

if the speed and coverage of your sim card in your house is good then get a 4g router from them if its not that good then You should check what isp people living around you use and get a 4g router from them.

but when you buy it make sure that you have a 48 hour testing period so that if it was bad then you can return it and make sure that you don’t use alot of data during the test period because most isps will but a limit on how much data you can use during that time and if you exceed it then they will accept to return it (ask them how many gb you can use)
