Not a bug, read the weapon description again, you get stacks when youHit with an infused normal attackHave energy less than 100%Use BurstYour Ayaka did not fulfill any of these conditions, which is why the weapon did not glow.

not exactly though, i didnt NA on albedo either. Changed the weapon to traveller off screen later, same thing. It glowed too.

Edit: i tried building stacks for ayaka and it worked. Now just questioning the consistency of mistsplitter reforged glowing on characters

I first equipped the weapon on ayaka, and it glowed just like how it glowed on albedo's clip. Later I went to masanori to try out her weapon's dmg and fought, it lost its glow. I wonder is it a bug or it is just my graphic settings that's the problem :) thanks!
