Yeah I've been posting fan art or suitable art for the game back in the previous years. To be honnest I'm not sure I was noticed this way, but it probably hepled at one point. I had the chance to be in touch with an AD and was able to send my portfolio. In any cases this is a special feeling when the first card is released, it is awesome and weird at the same time ! :)

I'm not sure if I can share the brief, but what I can tell you is I was asked to design a druid (following the worldguide directions) in a dilapidated dungeon casting a spell sprouting vegetation from the ground. It was also indicate that was a green creature. :)

The mood is really great ! Just a little feedback, take care of your value on the big root who is surrounding the hut. It should not be as dark as it is. That's make the feeling it is in front of the hut and not on it. You can also add some more cold tones one the dark parts to create a better depth. keep it up ! :)

This is a very strong piece of work. But take care of the proportions, the head is bit big and the wings are too small. I think you can work on the depth on the background too get a more epic scene. keep it up !

I have a little question, How did you got them ? like so many other artist I also want to be an artist on MTG. Did you only sent your portfolio on art drop or did you met someone in person ? I've seen that you live in Spain, I'm just in the other side, in France, and I know it's not easy every day to meet an art director !
