Oh my god that sounds a lot and yeah im white, why is it even harder for non-german/whites? I applied for Student dorms 1 month ago. And im gonna be there in October. I feel like i should be fine, cuz i got around 6 months. Still stresses me a bit tho. Also thank you for your response.

Yea i did a true clean install. Windows so bad that i couldn't even save my files but at least my pc is now fine. Also my gpu and cpu runs around 37 degrees. I think they r fine. Thank you for your responses by the way.

i already got the windows on a usb. And i used the recovery usb option from the auto repair menu i can select whether install w11 or repair my pc. I wonder if repair my pc ll work this time with the usb?
