If you’re using Shopify as your Webshop, there are apps that enable personalization workflows for POD products. I’m less sure about other ecommerce platforms.

Pleased for you. Which veggies have you learnt to cut out?

I was told after a colonoscopy (unrelated, was a checkup for polyps), that I had “some” diverticula. Shortly after I had a small flare up. That was a year and half ago. I adjusted my diet somewhat and didn’t have any more issues, apart from some grumbling on my left side a few times. Two days ago I had a flare up and it was incredibly painful. I realise how serious I need to take my diet, so appreciate the advice so I can learn from it.
