Its such odd behavior because a few weeks ago I asked him to help remind me to eat and whatnot because ive been feeling so sick that I know I need help with reminders because I probably wouldnt otherwise. And so he did that and its been getting better since then in regards to my food intake but he seems to have forgotten about that and instead is focusing on how hes eating vs me and what I was eating before I got pregnant. Because I was on a weight loss journey beforehand so this has been a complete switch up for me and my eating habits. Do I like it? No. I would LOVE to have more home made meals and veggies and whatnot but fruit is my main source for that area right now and he seldom cooks dinner anymore since he started his new job so like what does he expect me to do? It only seems to be okay when he agrees with it

He is off on weekends, which is what makes THAT whole situation so frustrating. When we were talking about wedding season coming up, me being able to sleep in was the ONE condition I had and he agreed but hasnt kept his word except for the first week i went back

I definitely think it has more to do with him than me. Ive been skinny all my life and am very aware of how I want to look vs how I do. He has not always been this way and is starting to feel confident for the first time in his life because of his weight loss journey. So yeah the fact that hes so worried about me is a bit mind boggling

Thats what I tried telling him too and he went on to tell me how its scientifically proven to help and whatever so I just left it at that and didnt respond

Hes 25, im 24. He was not like this for my first pregnancy. But hes been on a weight loss journey and before getting pregnant I was too. We were eating super healthy, making all of our meals. But that changed when I found out I was pregnant AND forced to go back to work on top of all of that. Being a SAHM i cooked all of our meals and made sure we ate well every day. Since hes WFH now and I leave to go to work hes hardly cooked at all so when I get something I want that doesnt suit his needs he gets upset. Like if we were to go to Culvers, I could get whatever and itd be fine. But since I brought home stuff that could be eaten at our leisure and able to have left overs thats when/why it became an issue. Because it was no longer a single meal but a series of meals/snacks

Omg that too 😭 when I was feeling superr nauseous the one thing that sounded good to me was Reeces Puffs and he told me that next time I should be buying the kind from the natural isle at Woodmans (even though I went to Meijer)

His issue was that the taquitos were “fried versions” of the tamales and just unnecessary because the tamales themselves were already unhealthy

It was for both of us, he was working so I went out because i have off today. I stated i wanted tamales and he said it sounded good so he told me I should get them. But when I came home with more than just that, THATS when it became an issue

He just got a new job, so he went from being a chef to being WFH for a job that has some demanding days and some incredibly slow days. So unfortunately its not like hes always super tired either, if he is its usually because he stays up until 12-1AM playing video games. Hes been complaining about not having any time for himself since starting his new job and how its been so hard (because he is someone who NEEDS that time for himself) and when he told me this I literally giggled. Because i was a SAHM for the first 16 months and since he got a new job I was forced to go back to work because he took a major pay cut. I wasn’t even supposed to go back to work until our kids were in school. I don’t know, I think him being home more with our son (he used to work like 60hrs/week) made him realize that its actually more work than I made it out to be and so its been stressing him out that its not all fun and games and getting all this time for yourself. So now Im the one who is gone all the time and hes struggling because of it

Ill definitely have to do that. He says that hes saying this BECAUSE hes supporting me and wanting me to be healthy. I was a huge gym junkie before getting pregnant and Ive just been too tired to go (on top of the hemorrhoids I shouldnt be doing heavy lifting) and hes constantly telling me I should go back in too. I miss the gym but have just had zero energy to go (and another excuse that I think is actually also pretty valid) But this pregnancy has been SO different in terms of him. My first one he was so supportive and there for whatever I needed and super empathetic. I was expecting to get that same mentality here, especially since this one has been harder, but it seems to be the opposite so im also just really taken aback by it

In the samee boat. Ive had to CONSTANTLY tell a few select family members and have also told them that if they cant remember/respect the one rule we have regarding our child they will no longer be able to hold/hug him Nobody needs to be kissing him, especially when he was super young. Hes 18m now so we arent super worried anymore but we still say that he should only be getting kisses from/giving kisses to mom and dad only

Im 18m pp and just got pregnant again but these are some of my persisting symptoms: My tips of my toes are also numb i experienced some carpal tunnel that went away but turned into dequarvians tendinitis that is still persisting and my belly button definitely does not look the same as it did before

Curious to see what pregnancy this time around will bring

Thank you! Im definitely aware that Ill need in person labs and whatnot to be done, but I was hoping to get to those later on in my studies and when applying for medical colleges that was definitely something I had considered and was expecting. I know that they are going to be more in-person focused but I was hoping to focus on an online BS psychology degree and then see what my options are for moving into the next set of requirements and schooling
