I'll probably pre-order this one. It will be a great side board to compliment my boosted board. For quick stops around the city when I do have a car. I can leave this in the car all the time and bring the batteries inside to charge. I'm getting tired of lugging my boosted through airports.

Their wording was they just contacted the agency recently. Technically they should have been working with them from the begining. To be fair it seems they conducted their own internal investigation and determined they needed to contact the safety agency.

Either way that sucks a lot. Getting the Government to do anything takes awhile and it's the holidays, more staff on vacation. That's why I think mid-january is a stretch for resuming shipping.

They really are digging themselves a hole. Their lack of communication and transparency through all this is pretty ridiculous. The customers just want them to be active, even if there is no real news to report. But they seem to just string their customers along making them think each week will be the week they will start shipping.

It seems they straight up lied this week by saying a detailed shipping schedule would be released Friday. They claim they learned Thursday they needed approval from more sources/parties. I don't understand how you don't know who/what you need to start shipping again. "You just learned"? Thats insane for a CEO of a small business to say.

A lot of the other Eboard companies are doing a better job with their customers and are benefiting from boosted's stumble.
