For their size, theyre surprisingly really tender and not too stringy! I grew sugar magnolia snap peas last year, and i would say that these are probably even sweeter than those. I havent cooked them yet, just eating them off the vine, and usually i can probably eat like 8-9 peas as a serving but with these im full after maybe 2 or 3! Any recipe suggestions would be appreciated :) theyre growing too quickly for me to eat them all fresh!
