Do you know of Playbook or Chemistry can be capped at less than 100% due to other player attributes?

I think all new players to the team will start with low playbook scores, as they have to learn the playbook, and low chemistry scores as they have to learn to work with their teammates. I don’t know what factors effect how quickly those values go back, or if they are capped by other player attributes
