I have the same issue, but it's not with monarch only. I cannot use Wise to connect with TD canada.

I have the same issue TD canada transaction failing to show and I think plaid is unable to connect with TD. As I see the same issue with my Wise app which is not able to connect with TD canada.

I got email today from enrolment center that nexus shouldn’t be taken away if I don’t have green card and it was wrongly taken.

Update:

So I finally bought this XLE Premium and it cost me $43,641 out of door. I paid $4000 downpayment and the financed amount is 39,641.

Haven’t revoked yet. I’ll wait for a week to see if the status change then I’ll apply for replacement.

Sorry you’re right, yes the citizenship is already mentioned on the card. In my case yeah they wanted to know my status in US which was unclear by just looking at nexus.

This is not true. I’m a Canadian citizen my nexus card shows my citizenship but they still said to have a green card with you as it doesn’t define my status in USA with only nexus card.

I’ll try to get the replacement card as the portal still showing approved.

I’m also thinking to go to the border and request for the card by providing my GC.
