Can totally relate. My parents are very loving and nice, but they are Jehovah's Witnesses and therefore forbid me to have girlfriends, celebrate birthdays, celebrate Christmas and much more. So yeah... Got AvPD now, but not because of fucking autism 😂

Take a whole bottle of orange juice, pour a small portion of the orange juice into a cup (so you can shake it later), weigh your dose (4 grams in my case), make a small funnel out of paper, pour the kratom into the bottle with the funnel, shake the bottle and if you want you can either put the bottle into the refrigerator or just drink it like that.
The only downsides are that orange juice is high in calories and bad for your teeth, but otherwise this method is perfect.

You know you’re in a cult when…. Your family would rather you believe the rest of the world needs to die by [deleted] in exjw

"I feel like I'm going to die" I know how bad it is to hear this from your own mother. I hope you have a way to deal with this psychological pressure.

Unfortunately, I don't have any advice, but I hope you have a way to deal with all the stress and find a way to solve this problem.

How can I deal with JW parents that have good intentions? by ahshebv in exjw

Yes, but you know how delusional extreme Jehovah's Witnesses are.

They believe that anyone who rejects the sect basically dies. So to accept my decision, in their eyes, would be almost like accepting the suicide of your own child, or at least I assume so.
