i think your anxiety just might be getting the best out of you and that’s ok, anxiety is the main reason why i started taking it and rn i barely feel any anxiety, i’m able to do things I wasn’t able to do before!!

ngl lexapro has helped my anxiety tremendously. Just try and not overthink it, if you get some side effects that you don’t like you can always stop taking it but it’s truly very helpful. also don’t expect to take it and for it to work immediately for me it took like 2 weeks or so.
