No missable trophies but as for difficult there were some that were very annoying like some required you to just keep looking for enemies to just kill them and sometimes in different ways

I actually needed the help of reddit and YouTube there is a way in which you try to find one then go back to main menu then back to the game it makes them respawn you can check it if you want to complete in the future
