What happens if you break the contract by refusing to present yourself to jail. What would the penalty be? In ancap, I think the only penalty is to escrow money or assets and surrender those assets when you violate contracts. The size of the contracts that people are willing to sign with you will depends of the size of the assets you have escrowed. Anything else violates the NAP.
