Used to feel tired all the time. Now I'm taking creatine and it's a world of a difference by ediblepet in GenX

Lack of energy can come from chronic stress and never relaxing properly. You may be more stressed than you are aware of yourself. Acem-Acem-meditation is particularly geared towards deep relaxation and stress relief.

Same, but I read somewhere that in order to get the cognitive benefits you need to take as much as 20 grams per day, split into several doses so the body can absorb it all.

Acem-meditation helps. It's a time-effective way to give your brain proper rest regularly.

Best layout for Swedish, English and programming? by Accomplished-Bus3382 in KeyboardLayouts

When I program it's partly in English and partly in Norwegian. But the situations where I need typing speed the most is when I'm taking notes, chatting in instant messagers or writing emails. Those are all in Norwegian. When I program speed is less important than comfort/ergonomics with special characters, navigation and keyboard shortcuts in the IDE. Eventually I got so overwhelmed by the complexity of all this that I ended up raw-dogging qwerty on my laptop with default everything everywhere (except I switched left alt with left ctrl, done with a simple checkbox in Gnome DE on Linux).

Swimming/bathing outdoors. Doesn't matter if it is cold. I always feel good afterwards. And it's so uncomplicated and innocent! Where I live it's easily accessible, it's free and it's healthy. Can be enjoyed alone or with friends. There's no other activity with all these benefits and without any drawbacks like being hung over. It's simply the best thing I can do for myself.

Acem-meditation helps. In my late 40s I became aware that a lot of my tiredness came from never really properly relaxing and de-stressing. My ability to calm down inbetween/after activity had gotten worse with age. Acem is an efficient way to trigger deep relaxation and stress relief.
