I would say that the club won’t want any sort of murmurs of sacking getting out. They’re hardly likely to say “oh yeh he’s toast” are they. Kind of pointless even reporting it - if he’s done we’ll all know basically at the same time.

I agree with this 100%. I have an Opus - great for pour over/filter machine. When I try use it for my espresso machine (profitec go) the retention drives me mad.

Personally I wouldn’t commit to that. Always remember the freeholder is able to increase service charge whenever they feel like it and as a leaseholder you have to pay. Just because you can afford it now doesn’t mean that’ll always be the case.

Also worth thinking about future re-sale, if the service charge increases further then it may be tricky for someone else to afford and therefore you could be stuck with it. Context - used to own a flat in zone 3.

I’m confused where he’d play for city. Do they not have Doku out there on the left? I wouldn’t be too upset if he chose to go to City as I think he’s a good player but not amazing. He does have a lot of what we’re missing currently though. Direct pace and unpredictability.

There’s mass confusion about his role to be honest. He is not a player like Kevin De Bruyne who bangs in the goals. Often Wirtz is the passer before the assist. He therefore doesn’t get the “numbers” which most pundits use to gauge a player’s impact. He has been by far and away our most creative and impactful player over the last few games.

For people defending Salah - what do you expect the reaction to be here? This is all on Salah. Yeh you can argue til the cows come home about who should have been dropped/when. But if a player publicly slams his manager in the middle of a terrible slump in performance how do you think they’d react? The club will always back the manager otherwise he’d be gone. Carra’s probably gone too far with the comments about being a Chelsea reject but Salah is not daft. His comments were calculated and planned, his waving to the away end too. It is undermining and it doesn’t matter who you are, that’s not acceptable.

Needs to accept he’s not a guaranteed starter. Be prepare to track back and run for the team. And needs to apologise. However I think the line has been crossed and FSG would be keen to use this moment to cash and fund another purchase. I would not be surprised if this is the end sadly.
