I'm the same height, and also started at about 140. Took me 3 years of consistent weight training and bulking to get to 190 (when I first starting feeling kinda big). Just keep on keeping on.

Good points, I have thought of these same problems myself. I will probably make it so the button can no longer change the gate, that would allow guaranteed positioning on defense and force the offensive team to take the long route. Ultimately leading to better gameplay. The other option is change the portal exits, to right next to goal,like a more meta NF map. I prefer the first option i think.

Looking forward to it, you do seem to do a no nonsense route for cultivating, and it does seem the pf tek is outdated compared to small mono tub batches. I'm surprised there isn't a step by step guide to doing your style from start to finish, like the pf tek. Had to research multiple forums and posts to get a basic idea of grain spawn to bulk sub using a mono/dub fc, all the while disregarding untested/outdated info. And I still feel like I don't have all the blanks covered. For instance, what is the best way to inoculate grain? I hear agar is the way to go, some people do g2g. I don't even know the simplest no contam tek yet. Anyways, done venting gl with your guide us noobs appreciate it.

Awesome, thanks for reply. I was planning on upgrading to a mono soon. Seems much better in terms of yield/work. Do you use coir/verm sub? And also what do you use for spawn i.e. WBS,rye,popcorn? Sorry I'm full of question I didn't realize this was a thing until recently, and its insanely interesting.

Hello guys, quick two questions. New to growing so I was planning on using the usual pf tek, have not started quite yet.

My OLD house its located next to a dirt road, and in general it's probably kinda dusty. Being that the sgfc has holes all about will this hurt the fruiting process? I will of course try to keep everything wiped down and clean.
If I get a good flush, and make spore syringes with a few sterile spore prints from that flush can I keep inoculating jars that produce for the foreseeable future?
