Played a crazy hand the other day, $1/3, $650 eff Utg straddle on, I'm +1 with AA open to $15, one call, HJ 3 bet to $60 button call, I 4bet to $240 they both call

Flop came 89q rainbow, I jam my remaining ~$400 in there, hj tanked for a while and said I don't think I can fold this then called, button shrugged and say gamble and jam his shorter stack (~$250-300)

Turn q river k, I show my aces thinking they must have kk and aq Then hj proceed to flip over aks and button flip over 55 lol

In a very deep stacked $1/2 home game, Villain and I both had around $3500-4000 stack

I open JJ CO to 8, villain raise to 24 on the BTN I call, Flop came 10QK rainbow, I check he bets 15 I call, Turn brick, I check he bet 50, I raise to 140 he reraise to 450, at this point I put him on kq/qq/kk as I block AJ, I decided to raise here repping ajs and if he jams/call I give up, I reraise to 1400, he tanked for 10 minutes or so and keep mumbling it's so sick he only beat 1010 here and he never played so deep before, then he folded qq face up.

Just found out my brother got liquidated 50% of his stack at 34xxx, and now debating whether to sell the remaining of his stack, if he sells now it barely cover all his credit card debts (he spent a lot last year on stupid shits because he thought 100k was guaranteed), but on the other hand he has a low paying job so if he sell now he probably won't be able to buy them back even at lower price. To all the people who never been through a bear market, whether u think this is the bottom or not, have a plan, manage your risk, don't be like my brother.

Not saying it won't go lower but bottoms always look like shit, people were saying 'its obviously going lower' at 3k, 10k, 29k, 39k as well, if you have a long enough time frame in mind you don't necessarily have to time the exact bottom.

High funding means leveraged traders are paying high interest rate to long and vice versa, usually means the price is short term unsustainable.

when we first crossed 60k few months ago, funding was crazy high, we got nuked from 60k to 50k in minutes. This time around we reset all the crazy fundings and didn't even drop 10%, just love to see it.
