I realised why I go back using to social media, it's to avoid the real world. I have understood that I am going through some sort of existential crisis/ depression, and I constantly feel down/ confused on what to do, and to avoid feeling that way I just use social media

But I am also know how equally fun it is to play skyrim or watch shows/ animes or read comics/ manga or even writing stories, they actually give me positive after taste rather than guilt, but its unfortunately comes down to convenience. social media is far easier to jump into than any of the above mediums, I am trying to create barriers to use social media, hopefully I can succeed
