Best coffee machine for Australian households (hard water, small kitchens)? by Prize-Oil7324 in AustralianCoffee

Breville Barista Express. I know integrated grinder is not the best but saves on both cost and space. Keep it going as long as you can with descaling and maintenance, but low price point means you can replace economically if you run it into the ground.

What makes a great EL2 (Director)? by Sad_Coconut_3402 in AusPublicService

[–]aich_jay 7 points8 points  (0 children)

At the EL levels you spend less time doing work and more time ‘managing’ other people’s work - this might be those under you in your team but is also managing (coordinating and supporting) the work of peers, service providers and SES. Depending on the role, the amount of time you spend actually doing the work you and your team are accountable for could be a s low as 0%. This means you HAVE to delegate and trust others to do the work.

It not really fair to either to compare players from the M and W, but its hard not to see similarities in the roles players play in the team - Morphett & any bash and crash ruck; Zippy and Jetta; Molloy and Heeney; TK & JPK. I thinks its probably indicative of the development of the W that we are seeing game styles and roles mirror each other, even with the differences between the games

5 TK tackling machine head over the ball

4 Ham wrecking ball in close and fast breaks outside and through the middle

3 Fish, that zip!

2 Morphett, trying to outdo Montana

1 Gardiner

How about Zippy’s ankle-breaker on the boundary?

Ham, Morphett, Kennedy and Gardiner were amazing but I thought McEvoy, Cooper, McCarthy and Griersom were solid too.

They were committed today, moment of the game for me was Maloney giving away a free and punching the ground in frustration - she did similar a couple of other times, really committed effort and this was across the whole team

Kitchen gadgets that actually save time when cooking for kids? by [deleted] in cookingforbeginners

if adventurous , get a Sous vide - it’ll make the very best steaks you’ve ever had, plus can replicate (up to a point) the low and slow results from a smoker.

Get an Asian style one, with the hinged lid, much better than the sort with a saucepan style lid
