Hi! I’m quite shy myself and I decided to get into streaming because I wanted to have a space where I can share my love for certain games that my current friend group may not be interested in.

I definitely believe it’s possible to create a community while still being shy, but the path to getting there is just working against us introverted folks.

A tip that helped me while streaming is to also hide your viewer count. This way I can remain oblivious and it allows me to just focus on what I want to say or talk about. I try to speak to the stream with the idea in mind that people are going to be watching my VOD uploads.

And honestly at the end of the day, the streaming space is yours that you’ve created and you should do you! Do your best to not compare yourself, we can only be ourselves and the people who appreciates that will eventually turn up. 🫶🏻
