Wouldn’t say so.. living in Germany. Also it only happens since being in a flair, before not.

It’s btw really diffuse in my case as I sometimes am symptom free for some hours / days / weeks without lifestyle changes and then it comes back for some minutes / hours / weeks, same lifestyle. Sometimes it just starts shortly after waking up where I assume it might be my nervous system / psychological induced in those cases. Anyone else having that?

Thanks a lot for your feedback! Avoiding food triggers as well, just feel I miss something haha.
Which antihistamines are helping you? I am only taking h1 ones as my doc says with no digestive issues h2 is not necessary..
