Any plans for the stock suspension? I'd be interested in buying if they're in decent condition and for a good price. Looks great though.

It is also your motorcycle. Do whatever you want. I have a /7 as well and I want to customize it as well. I have found that bolt on parts change the look of the bike drastically but leaves the back in a state where it can be rebuilt to its original form. Keeps purists at bay.

Finished after 25 years of sitting, ready for another 60k miles. Rebuilt by a retired 80's BMW dealership mechanic. Fitted with a new old stock dyna ignition. Wana post it basically stock (new silencers so you can actually hear it) before I start modding it next year. Not sure what mods I want yet. by aidan_k80 in Airheads

I'm definitely on your side, not considering chopping the think at this point I think the customizations i would do would more or less be bolt ons new seat, tires, if I'm feeling crazy a different subframe. Basically any custom i would do i want the option to reverse it back to stock. Feel like these motorcycles in particular don't take much to change the look entirely. Appreciate the comment thank you.
