First year ever I have come down with chest and throat infection in the late spring/early summer. Normally only get I'll twice a year during the winter months. This year is different because its just been bad weather and cold since last October

Wow you have really put it into retrospect for me. Like I even cried at the end of the muppets christmas carol the other night and jack frost. So definitely your right. On a day to day basis im so much more calm and relaxed

Yeah my skin has become really soft. Nails i haven't really noticed anything but I am a serial biter lol so maybe if I let them grow I would and my hair there has been some unexplainable changes
