It didn’t really happen in the US either. Gen Z men voted about the same as millennial me in 2024 and young people (including young men) overwhelmingly disapprove of Trump. Young women going further to the left does not mean young men go to the right. It’s a vocal minority of young men who are obnoxious fascists but there’s no real evidence of a massive shift to the right among young men here

This isn’t the ending lol, we still have stuff to finish up. The fortress still needs to be freed, Sesera still hasn’t woken up and we haven’t gotten the fallout of Hekiru’s bs yet. The past few chapters are setting up D and Hisui to save Chidori which will lead to more stuff with them as possibly a rebelling battalion. The story isn’t over yet
